我从矿山深处而来。体内藏着金属矿脉,也裹着大量无用的废石。在传统选厂,我们会被不分好坏、全部磨成粉。 I came from deep in the mine. Veins of metal run through me — wrapped in worthless rock. A conventional plant would grind all of us to powder, good and bad alike.

第二章 · 破碎Chapter 2 · Crushed

我被破碎I Am Broken

破碎机把我碎成50mm以下的碎块。有的碎块矿物富集,有的几乎全是废石——从这一刻起,我们的命运开始分岔。 The crusher breaks me below 50 mm. Some of my shards are rich in mineral, some are nearly all waste — from this moment, our fates diverge.

第三章 · 光电拣选 60–10mm · 干法Chapter 3 · XRT Sorting · Dry

X射线看穿了我们The X-Ray Sees Through Us

在传送带上,X射线逐粒扫描我们的"内心"——按原子密度判定。贫瘠的兄弟被气流击落,去做建材了;我通过了考验。零耗水,零药剂。 On the belt, X-rays scan each of us by atomic density. My barren brothers are shot off the line to become construction aggregate; I pass the test. No water. No reagents.

第四章 · 重介旋流 10–0.5mmChapter 4 · The Cyclone

旋涡中,密度决定命运In the Vortex, Density Is Destiny

我坠入重介质旋流器。硅铁与磁铁矿粉调成的介质里,轻的废石浮出离开,致密的我被甩向精矿之流。吨矿耗水仅0.1m³,全循环。 I plunge into the dense-medium cyclone. In the ferrosilicon-magnetite medium, light waste floats away; dense me is flung into the concentrate stream. Just 0.1 m³ of fully recycled water per tonne.

第五章 · 浮选 −0.5mmChapter 5 · Flotation

磨细之后,乘泡而起Ground Fine, I Ride the Bubbles

研磨把我化作微粒。药剂让矿物亲近气泡——我的细粒兄弟们攀上升起的泡沫,聚成金色的精矿泡沫层。此时入选品位已大幅提升2–5倍 Grinding turns me to fine particles. Reagents make mineral cling to air — my fine brothers ride the bubbles into a golden froth. By now, feed grade has multiplied 2–5×.

终章 · 从岩石到矿产Final Chapter · From Rock to Ore

我不再是岩石,我是矿产No Longer Rock — I Am Ore

我们汇聚成精矿——而一路上被剔除的废石兄弟,也没有被浪费:它们正变成机制砂、骨料与建材。矿石预选提质,固废循环增效。 We gather as concentrate — and the waste rejected along the way isn't wasted either: it becomes sand, aggregate, building materials. Better ore into the mill. New value from the waste.
