Drawing on the Group's complete industrial chain, the non-ferrous mining segment has been integrated — bringing the non-ferrous laboratory, non-coal projects and plant trusteeship operations under one unified management system for resource sharing, coordinated development and standardized operation, lifting the Group's overall efficiency and industrial synergy. A 21-strong technical team led by a national-level mineral processing master; non-ferrous patents under application.

为什么要预富集Why pre-concentration

品位在下降,能源在涨价,尾矿库在胀满。而传统选厂,仍把每一吨废石都磨成粉。 Grades are falling. Energy is climbing. Tailings dams are filling. Yet conventional plants still grind every tonne of waste rock to powder.

我们的答案:在入磨之前,用光电拣选与重介质旋流器把废石提前剔除,让磨浮系统只处理真正值得处理的矿石。低品位矿变得经济可采,尾矿与废石同步资源化。 Our answer: reject the waste before the mill with photoelectric sorting and dense medium cyclones, so grinding and flotation treat only ore that deserves it. Low-grade deposits become economic; tailings and waste rock become products.

采用X射线透射成像技术,结合人工智能算法:X射线穿透矿石形成图像,AI比对特定模式得出矿物分布,电磁阀控制压缩空气将矿石与围岩精准喷吹分离。零耗水、零药剂。 X-ray transmission imaging with AI: X-rays image the inside of each rock, AI maps the mineral distribution, and solenoid-controlled air jets blast ore and waste into separate streams. No water, no reagents.

离心力场中按密度精准分离:硅铁粉、磁铁矿粉介质闭路循环,吨矿耗水仅0.1m³且全循环。处理量大、分选精度高、粒度适应性强、绿色环保。 Precise density separation in a centrifugal field: ferrosilicon & magnetite medium in closed circuit, just 0.1 m³ of fully recycled water per tonne.

盘活排土场废弃低品位资源,回收废石资源中的有价组分;废石与粗尾砂加工为骨料和机制砂等建材——构建"有价资源的二次回收和固废资源循环增效"的资源高效综合利用体系,化解矿山排土场堆存压力与安全环境风险。 Reviving discarded low-grade resources in mine waste dumps: we recover the valuable components locked in waste rock, and process waste rock and coarse tailings into aggregate, manufactured sand and other construction materials — building an efficient, comprehensive resource-utilization system of "secondary recovery of valuable resources and circular value from solid waste", relieving waste-dump storage pressure and safety & environmental risks.
