This is not a prospective market for us — our 300,000 t/a fluorite plant in Mongolia is built, commissioned and under our own 10-year operating contract.

The flagship

Mongolia ranks among the world's top fluorspar producers, and our Mongolian fluorite operation is the full John Finlay model end-to-end: dense-medium test work (CaF₂ 42% → 84.7% at 95.2% recovery), plant design, EPC construction, and a signed 10-year whole-plant operating contract — commissioned July 2026.

Central Asian ores

The Tien Shan and Pamir belts carry tungsten, fluorite and pegmatite lithium. Our Tajik spodumene campaign and fine-tungsten XRT+DMC circuit are the reference flowsheets; both transfer to Kazakh and Kyrgyz deposits of similar mineralogy.

Built for remote sites

Cold climate, long logistics, thin infrastructure: the answers are dry coarse rejects (no tailings pond for the rejected half of the tonnage), 0.1 m³/t water in full recirculation, and modular construction proven on the Mongolian build. Group heritage in coal preparation across northern China means winterized dense-medium circuits are familiar engineering, not an experiment.
